Booking information

When you request a time, we collect your name, phone, email, vehicle, location, selected service, and any notes you provide. We use this information to review the request, contact you, arrange service, and maintain job records. This form does not collect payment card details.

Storage and service providers

The website and booking records use ChatGPT Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure. Access to the management app and booking records is restricted. Technical request logs may be processed to operate and troubleshoot the service.

Job photos

Our management app stores photos uploaded during a job, together with the job reference, upload time, and uploader identity. These records help document the vehicle’s condition and work performed.

Notifications and external services

Owner devices can opt in to booking notifications through their browser’s push service. Notification permission can be revoked in the device’s settings. Google Maps, Google Calendar, and Google reviews open or load services with their own privacy policies.

Advertising cookies and Meta

If you allow advertising cookies, our public website uses Meta Pixel and server-side Conversions API to measure page visits and successfully submitted booking requests and help evaluate advertising. Meta may receive technical information such as the page URL, browser/device information, IP address, and advertising cookie identifiers. For consented booking requests, the server also sends SHA-256 hashes of your email address and phone number to help Meta match the event, along with the browser/device information and available advertising cookie identifiers. Hashing does not make these identifiers anonymous. We do not send your service address, vehicle details, or notes in the conversion event. A Lead event represents a saved booking request, not a confirmed appointment or payment.

You can decline advertising cookies or change your choice with the Cookie settings button. Tracking is not loaded before you allow it. We also keep advertising tracking off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Booking remains available when you decline. Meta’s use of information is described in its privacy policy. The private owner portal does not load this advertising integration.
